TGIF! time for Sleep!

Hey Everyone! Happy Friday! We have had a long week here in NYC, and we're all pretty exhausted and looking forward to sleeping in a bit tomorrow morning. Today was a great friday at school. We all got to experience our first community meeting (which is basically like an assembly). For assembly today a guy came from the Museum of Interesting Things, and showed some... interesting things! haha. The students seemed to really enjoy it and were very attentive during the community meeting as well. Other than that we pretty much all had a normal day at school.
After school we met up with Heidi's sister and walked over to the restraurant Serendipity. You may know this restraurant from the movie Serendipity! It's famous, which is pretty cool. We also had to wait a long time to get a table but in the end it was worth it.
A fun fact about Serendipity is that they are known for their Frozen Hot Chocolate. So we knew that we would have to try that for sure!

After our dinner, we decided that we wanted to check out Occupy Wall Street. So we walked over there. It was interesting, and I think it piqued our interests a bit about learning more. I think we want to go back sometime during the day.
